I ordered a souvenir shirt i did like the look of it when it arrived. The design was nice and it seemed like a cool keepsake. But after just one wash, the print already started cracking, and the fabric feels thinner than I’d expect for the price. Kind of disappointing because I really wanted to like it more. Probably wouldn’t buy another one.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting the hoodie exchange to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually really simple. I needed a bigger size, followed the instructions, and the replacement showed up faster than I thought it would. No annoying back and forth or random issues, so I’m happy with how it went.

my order got here on time, so that was good, but the packaging wasn’t great. the box was partly crushed when it arrived, and the item had a few scuffs on it. it wasn’t completely damaged or anything, but for the price, i definitely expected it to be packed better

It was okay overall, uh, not too bad. The photos looked a bit better than I expected.

I found a few nice Parks Canada items here, like shirts, mugs, and small gift ideas. It’s a decent spot if you just want a simple souvenir, but I expected more variety, especially for specific parks. A lot of the products felt kind of similar, and some sizes were missing too. I also wish there were clearer instructions or signs about what was available or where to find certain park items. Overall, it’s okay, but the selection and guidance could be better...

I ordered a shirt from parkscanadashop.ca i was kind of rushing through everything, so I was glad the tracking was simple to use.
The email with the tracking link came quickly, and I could see each update without having to dig around or figure out where to click. The delivery showed up when it said it would, which was a relief because I didn’t really have time to keep checking on it.

Nothing too exciting, just a smooth order and no stress about where my package was. I’d order from them again.

I grabbed a couple of small things for my uncle since he’s really into camping and national parks. They felt thoughtful without being too over the top, actually, not fancy at all, just useful in a nice way. He ended up using them right away, which was a good sign. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely come back next time I need an easy gift for someone outdoorsy.

I was going to order a small Parks Canada item from parkscanadashop.ca, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was almost the same as the item itself. For something that could probably fit in a tiny envelope, it just didn’t feel reasonable.
I completely understand that shipping has costs, but in this case it seemed excessive for such a small order. I ended up not buying it because the final total was a bit frustrating. It would be great if they offered a more affordable shipping option for smaller purchases.

Just got my order recently it went really smoothly. Everything was exactly what I picked, no missing items or random mix-ups, and it all matched the receipt and photos. Since this last order turned out so well, I’m feeling good about ordering again.

I’m a little bummed I needed a refund in the first place, but I will say it came through fast. No long wait or hassle, which I appreciated.

I tried to pay a few times, but the checkout just kept failing on me. After a while I got frustrated and gave up. What made it even more annoying was getting all these aggressive reminders to finish my order when the site wouldn’t even let me complete the payment in the first place.

I waited about two weeks and it still hadn’t shown up, which was frustrating. I guess delays happen, so I’m trying to be understanding, but I definitely wasn’t thrilled about how long it took.

Not gonna lie, the items are nice, but some of the prices were higher than I expected. Shipping can add up too, which makes it feel a little less worth it. If you really want Parks Canada gear, it’s still okay value, but I’d definitely keep an eye on the total before checking out

Yeah, the size was mostly right for me. The sleeves are, like, a little bit long, but it’s still comfy enough to wear

Paying by card was quick and worked fine for me, so no real complaints there. I just wish they had PayPal too… it would be a nice extra option to have.
